The phantom
I imagine the phantom of the opera has a skeletal look with very white skin. Large, piercing, dark eyes. Small thin lips, not very long dark straight hair, and large pale ears. Not very tall but very thin.
About his personality I think he would be a very quiet person but deep down a very good person, because they only judge him by his appearance. I also think that he is one of those people who get very angry and very fast but very pleasant when talking to him.
